Can you explain the different levels of the 14 Days to a New You kit?

Level 1: Take It Easy.
You can take things nice and easy by simply taking the colon cleanse first thing in the morning (like breakfast) until the bag runs out and incorporating Pulse into your usual eating habits - such as for an afternoon snack! 
Level 2: Go For It!
Is where you are choosing to commit to do the program (4 day colon cleanse and one bag of Pulse a day), but you can incorporate fresh squeezed juices / green smoothies, and yummy raw foods. 
Level 3: Go Hard.
For maximum results, go hard core by doing the colon cleanse, eating only Pulse food and drinking only water for 14 days. This option takes a real commitment and should only be attempted if you will see it through.
