Can children do the 14 Days to a New You program?
Yes. Doing the 14 Days to a New You involves eating whole foods, drinking water, and walking.
We believe that it is quite safe for children to eat whole foods, to drink water and to walk.
NOTE - For children however with the Colon Cleanse, you need to half the dosage and perhaps only give it to them first thing in the morning for 30 days rather than the four day cleanse.
